Yarmouk College offers five programs in the medical field: Human Medicine (6 years), Dentistry (5 years), Pharmacy (5 years), Medical Laboratories (4 years), and Dental Technology.
Yarmouk College was established on 23 December 2009 by decision of the Committee for Organizing Private and Foreign Higher Education Institutions, and received final approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on 24 December 2009.
The library is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and holds more than 1,200 references and books across the college's disciplines, in addition to an electronic library of more than 8,000 books and references in the medical sciences.

Admission
Admission follows the requirements set by the National Council for Higher Education, along with achieving the percentage determined by the Admissions Department for each specialization. A student is admitted only after passing the interview and medical fitness examination.
General admission is processed through the electronic admission system at the Ministry of Higher Education, while in direct admission the student applies directly to the college administration with the required documents. Directly admitted students are treated the same as generally admitted students in rights and duties.
The original and a copy of the secondary school certificate, a copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the national ID number, and three recent colored personal photographs.
Registration
The student must attend in person, present proof of identity, bring the required photographs, all certificates, and payment receipts, then complete the registration form and confirm its accuracy. Registration is finalized only after paying the prescribed tuition and registration fees.
Yes, internal transfer is permitted provided the student meets the admission requirements of the target program, has completed two semesters and passed all subjects successfully, and submits the request at least one week before the start of study.
Yes, you may freeze your studies by submitting a written request to the Secretary of Scientific Affairs within three weeks of the start of the academic year. The maximum freeze is four semesters over the study period.
Tuition Fees
Yes, tuition may be paid in installments, provided the first installment (at least 50%) is paid during the registration period, and the second installment is paid before the start of the first-semester exams.
Yes, the college offers scholarships for high-achieving students and reduces tuition for the children of faculty members, those who have memorized the Holy Qur'an, and the children of the founders, according to the conditions specified in the tuition regulations.
Study & Exams
Student performance is graded using letter grades: A (80–100), B+ (75–79), B (70–74), C+ (60–69), C (50–59), and F (below 50). The cumulative GPA is calculated using the credit-hour system.
A student is warned if absences exceed 15% of a subject's hours, and is barred from the final exam and considered to have failed the subject if absences exceed 25% of its hours, unless the relevant committee decides otherwise.
Supplementary and alternative exams are held at the end of the academic year, at least fourteen days after the second-semester results are announced. They are open to students who failed 50% or less of the combined subjects of both semesters.
