Dentistry

The Dentistry program was established in January 2010 and has graduated nine distinguished cohorts to date. A committee of specialist faculty members designed the Bachelor of Dental Medicine and Surgery curriculum, adopting constructivist learning theory whereby students acquire new knowledge by expanding and developing their prior knowledge. The curriculum follows a spiral integrated approach divided into three progressive phases. Vision: Excellence and leadership in dentistry. Mission: Providing distinguished educational, research, and applied services in dental programs aligned with academic accreditation requirements, to prepare highly qualified graduates capable of competing in the job market and contributing to community development. Objectives: Train specialized medical cadres with scientific and ethical qualifications - Provide high-quality academic health programs aligned with quality and accreditation standards - Develop faculty excellence and continuous skill development - Focus on scientific research, authorship, and publication - Provide distinguished training services in health fields - Build distinguished relationships with educational and research institutions - Promote oral and dental health awareness in the community.
