The Student Affairs Deanship looks after student life at the college, providing academic guidance and social and psychological support, and supervising student activities and unions to help build well-rounded student character.
The Admissions & Registration Office handles enrollment applications, admission and registration procedures, maintains students' academic records, and issues official documents and transcripts accurately and confidentially.

The Libraries Deanship provides knowledge resources — references, periodicals, and scientific databases — offers a supportive research environment for students and faculty, and provides lending and library-guidance services.
The Student Activities Department organizes sports, cultural, social, and volunteer programs, nurtures students' talents, and develops a spirit of participation and teamwork on and off campus.
The Publishing & Media Department promotes the college and its activities through media and digital channels, produces media materials and publications, and manages public relations and institutional communication.
The Scientific Research & Cultural Relations Department supports research activity and encourages academic publishing, builds partnerships with universities and scientific institutions, and organizes cultural and knowledge-exchange events.
